Be a Ninja and More: What to expect from the 2024 Osborne Park Show!

The 2024 Osborne Park Show is set to be an action-packed event, and one of the highlights will be the Ninja Academy Obstacle Course – a mobile setup designed for all ages. This year, kids and adults alike can test their skills with a series of balance, agility, and climbing challenges, culminating in the iconic warped wall. The Ninja Academy Obstacle Course is brought to life by Dave Ravi, founder of Ninja Academy Perth and a former Australian Ninja Warrior competitor, whose love for Ninja Warrior stems from his fascination with Japanese culture.

Dave's passion for Ninja Warrior began years ago when he first discovered the original Sasuke show in Japan. “I love Japan & Japanese culture, and the sport and TV show originated there,” Dave explains. “It was, and still is, a dream of mine to compete on Sasuke.” His journey has led him to create Ninja Academy Perth, one of the first gyms in the world dedicated to Ninja sports. "We’re doing our best to make [Perth] the home of the biggest Ninja events in the country,” he says.

Dave believes Ninja Warrior is unique in its benefits, from brain development to physical strength and emotional resilience. “The sport is unique in its benefits for brain development, physical strength, and mobility, as well as mental health,” he explains. Dave’s mission with Ninja Academy is clear: “Our aim is to empower humans. Overcoming physical obstacles boosts self-belief, and that confidence radiates into the rest of your life.”
