Ladies Golf Clinic @ Whaleback Golf Course
Learn golf in a fun, casual and supportive setting without mansplaining by their resident female professional, Aleisha Weidmann.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga brings traditional yoga practice to a new altitude.
In this unique class, you’ll use yoga silks to explore some familiar shapes and postures in new ways.
Aerial yoga helps you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease.
It's an 8-week adults only course at a cost of $180 for the term. Runs on Saturdays form 8.15am – 9.15am at the Riverton Leisureplex F.I.I.T. Factory. Limited spaces so book early!
Beginner Lyra Hoop
Hang out at our Beginner Lyra Hoop class!
Lyra gives a new elegant and bold perspective to strength training. Suspended in a Lyra Hoop you will learn a mix of spins and poses while developing flexibility and coordination. This amazing and unique course is instructed by their highly trained Aerial performer Jade.

Mums and Cubs
Are you a new mother with a bub aged 8 weeks to 18 months? Signing up for the City of Canning Leisureplexes' Mums and Cubs classes either by yourself or with a friend is a great way to get to know other mothers going through a similar journey. Kick start your postnatal journey in a positive and healthy way. The program allows mums with babies to connect with their new baby in a private studio. It enables them to rehabilitate safely postpartum and meet other mothers.
Konga
Konga is an easy-to-follow, high-intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance, and sculpting.
This workout is designed to shape, sculpt, and redefine your physique. It is a low-complexity, high-intensity workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Sh’Bam
Sh'Bam is a dance classic where no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and willingness to dance.
Anyone of any age or fitness level can do Sh'Bam. Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple dance moves, all set to a party playlist.
Teambeats
A single functional workout that is unlike any other group fitness experience. Track your progress with real time heart rate monitors and try to match the beat. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Heart rate monitors are available to buy from reception.
