First published in 1865, Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland has been a part of pop culture consciousness since 1903 when a namesake British silent fantasy film was first to feature in the movies.
With this rich tapestry of film and iconography, Wonderland is the first ever large-scale immersive exhibition celebrating Lewis Carroll’s fantastically, timeless tale, creating a place where nothing is impossible.

With your own interactive Lost Map of Wonderland in hand, explore the Hallway of Doors, play at the Queen’s Croquet Ground and take part in a magical Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. Along the way, you will encounter more than 300 unique objects sourced from around the world including first-edition publications and illustrations, animation cels, spectacular costumes, props and more.
Wonderland is the perfect destination for the family during school holidays with plenty to explore and keep the children delighted. Fall down the rabbit hole into a journey like no other. The more curious you are… the more you’ll discover!

#1. Lewis Carroll was suspected of being Jack The Ripper!
#2. He invented a tool called the nyctograph so he could write during the nighttime just so he wouldn't lose any great ideas.

Alice in Wonderland is a 1903 British silent fantasy film directed by Cecil Hepworth and Percy Stow. Only one copy of the original film is known to exist. The British Film Institute (BFI) partially restored the movie and its original film tinting and released it in 2010.
