Outdoor fun and adventure awaits this July school holidays

School holidays are always the perfect time for kids to try something new, have adventures and make memories, hang out with old friends and make new ones along the way.

As we know and as research has shown, outdoor play ticks all those boxes as well as having lots of benefits in terms of physical development, co-ordination and overall health. It can also help boost mental health and cognitive growth. Apart from that it’s just fun!

Kids (and parents!) need look no further than the School Holiday Adventure Days program at the Swan Valley Adventure Centre, where they can enjoy the best thrill seeking fun possible from Flying Fox, Bush Craft, Commando Course, Orienteering, Frisbee Golf, Archery, Crate Stack and Blackout Zone.

All the action at the program is led by skilled instructors ensuring peace of mind that kids can just concentrate on having a great time, leaving parents to relax and only having to worry about tired out kids and washing the mud out of all those clothes!
