Play School back in Perth after 2 years with a BRAND NEW show!

In association with ABC, Kids Promotions is thrilled to announce Play School will be touring nationally with their new show ‘Once Upon A Time’ and… Heading to Perth and Bunbury this September!
Due to COVID, it’s been 2 years since Play School has been able to tour and the team is excited to get back in front of young fans!

This year’s Play School live show brings classic nursery rhyme characters magically to life as the pages of the storybook are turned into an exciting new production, ‘Once Upon A Time’. Join Jemima, Big Ted, Little Ted and Humpty as they travel through an enchanting adventure filled with stories, favourite songs such as, ‘Humpty Dumpty’, ‘Heads and shoulders’, ‘Twinkle twinkle’, ‘Everybody clap’ and many more.
‘Once Upon A Time’ is hosted by two Play School presenters and the real stars of the show …the toys! This 45 minute show is very interactive for the children and not to be missed.
Everything in this live concert is created with pre-school children’s development in mind. With songs designed to inspire movement, complemented by quiet times, encouraging children to watch and listen. Familiarity with the presenters and material alike captivates young audiences with plenty of participation, imagination and joy.
Being Australia’s longest running children’s television program, Play School’s transition from television to live on stage entertains, educates and enliven preschoolers and parents alike.

You will experience your child’s favourite songs and nursery rhymes such as Little Miss Muffett, Incy Wincy Spider, Humpty Dumpty, Der Glumph and Heads and Shoulders so they can get up and dance and do all the actions.
Come join the Presenters, Jemima, Big Ted, Little Ted and Humpty as they travel through an enchanting adventure filled with stories, songs and dance.

Play School is broadcast 7 days a week, 4 times daily on weekdays and twice daily on weekends, on ABC4Kids. Once Upon A Time, the companion album is also available.

Big Ted
The original ‘bear in there’, Big Ted has been a part of the Play School family since the beginning.
Big Ted has a big heart and loves giving extra special big bear cuddles!
Humpty
Humpty is a very put-together egg and an egg-cellent friend to the Play School family.
When he's not cracking jokes and making his friends laugh (which is ALL the time), Humpty loves to play dress up!
Jemima
Jemima is one of the first of the Play School crew, but don't ask her age - it's just not polite!
She's adventurous and creative and loves to make art and go exploring with her best friend Kiya!
