A day at Chrysalis Montessori School’s Children’s House

If your child is a natural explorer that progresses best at their own rhythm and prefers one-on-one or small group learning environments, then Children’s House at Chrysalis Montessori School could be the right education choice.
Their unique approach to teaching encourages children to become independent learners by encouraging them to make choices, have opinions, be empathetic by helping others, and feel empowered by following their interests and passions.
In mixed-aged classrooms, students learn a Montessori-based curriculum using specialised Montessori materials.
Independence in these children comes at a young age from having to actively participate in planning out their day and taking responsibility for their work.
The four curriculum areas in Children’s House are Practical Life, Sensorial, Language and Mathematical.
Incorporated into these four curriculum areas of Children’s House are:
- Montessori materials leading to unique activities and exercises.

- Physical Education
- Science (Geography, Botany, Zoology)
- Cooking
- Art & Craft
- History
Chrysalis Montessori School also offers:
- Before and After School Care for Full-Day students, convenient for mothers either returning from maternity leave or resuming their career.
- Montessori playgroup (between 18 months - 3 years old)
